The story is a bit weird with a man's view of himself after his physical appearance is noticed by his wife to have a small flaw in his nose. He gets paranoiac of how people might see him. a weird tale .I am still reading...

A philosophical journey

An incredible book. We must all have felt irritated at times by the way our friends and colleagues, whilst claiming to understand us, completely fail in this. In fact, every single person seems to have a different view of who we are - even we change from hour to hour. Pirandello takes us on his journey to explore this, and so well does he achieve this, that at times we feel as if we are entering a madhouse, or at the least, a hall of mirrors at a funfair. The book is not without humour, and it needs a lot of work - but well worth the trouble.
